Introducing our Newest Floor Plan: The Courtney

This year, during the International Builders Show, we were able to learn so much more about what individuals were hoping to see in the new homes they purchased, and with those notes, we began working on our newest floor plan: The Courtney. This incredible 2-story home offers homeowners a first-floor owner’s suite, 2 additional bedrooms upstairs, a loft, 2.5 bathrooms, a 2-car garage and 2,280 square feet of living space to personalize. A walk through The Courtney

Starting with the exterior of the home, homeowners who are interested in building The Courtney will have 3 exterior elevation options to choose between to ensure that you will easily be able to find the design that matches your personal style the most. As soon as you enter the home for the first time, you’ll quickly see that the beauty of the exterior effortlessly continues throughout the interior of the home. The main foyer leads you first into the generously-sized flex space which can be used as a formal dining area, a home office space, a sitting room or anything else you can imagine that would benefit you the most. Moving further into the first floor leads you into the open-concept family room and kitchen. With an oversized kitchen island offering plenty of space for seating and an option to include a fireplace within the already cozy family room, the entire area is ideal for large gatherings with all of your loved ones. 

Just off of the family room, you will find the first-floor owner’s suite with a large walk-in closet and a stunning owner’s bathroom complete with a dual vanity. Moving on to the second floor, you’ll find the additional 2 bedrooms with their own spacious walk-in closets.
